How to read this. Operational — the layer ran inside its expected cadence. Degraded — late but within recovery window; cached values still serve. Stale — past the recovery window; we're investigating. None of these states change the fact that the engine is read-only and never touches your money — read methodology for the math, and track record for measured performance.
